The OWN journey helps you to:

We know that people drawn to OWN often carry full, demanding lives.
That’s why the journey is designed to be supportive — not overwhelming.

In addition to the workshops, you can expect about 1 to 2 hours per week of personal integration, including:

  • simple reflection exercises

  • notes and feedback on your experience

  • observations from daily life

  • moments of awareness and insight

This is not an intensive program.
It’s a space to come back to yourself, without pressure, at a realistic pace.

The OWN journey unfolds over 10 weeks (or 6 weeks, depending on the edition).

Each week, a workshop invites you to explore a specific intention, such as:

  • understanding what lives within you

  • naming what you’re experiencing

  • clarifying your inner reference points

  • identifying what is calling for change

  • putting fair and realistic actions into place

A one-on-one coaching session is also included at the end of the journey, to support the transition toward your next steps.

The pace is intentionally progressive and respectful of where each person is.

Group workshops (online)

  • Saturdays, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., every two weeks

Between workshops

  • Dyad meetings (1 hour)

  • 1 to 2 hours of reflective exercises, reading, or revisiting your notes

The rhythm is designed to be realistic, supportive, and compatible with already full schedules.

Life doesn’t always go according to plan — and that’s normal.

If you need to miss a session:

  • you’ll receive a structured summary

  • we may offer a short catch-up session

  • in some cases, you may join the workshop again with a future cohort

Journey fee — $2,880 This fee reflects the overall value of the journey and supports its continued development.

Organizations and companies A separate pricing structure is available for organizations and companies, based on their context and specific needs.

Payment can be made in a single instalment.

If your situation requires a different arrangement, simply reach out.
